Finesse Gadget - Notification on Reason Code Change
Sample Cisco Finesse gadget, that displays OS-based notification whenever the user enters the predefined not ready state. Administrator can define the list of reason codes that triggers the notification (via a label or via a numeric code). Package includes gadget code and documentation.

Finesse Gadget - Inactivity Gadget
Inactivity gadget measures agent inactivity time (time when no action is made on the Finesse desktop UI) and once the configured time is exceeded, performs agent logout. Before logout operation begins, agent is notified with toast message. The logout process can be stopped, if agent makes an action on gadget (moves mouse over Finesse UI or changes state). Finesse Gadget - Transfer Gadget
Cisco Finesse Transfer Gadget has been designed to become an integral part of Cisco Finesse UI. It extends Cisco Finesse functionality by predefined transfer buttons. Agent may click on one of them quickly during the call and transfer active call to the predefined phone number. Gadget is highly configurable. The following settings can be modified by System Administrator: Number of buttons, Color (green, red, blue, grey), Label and Phone number defined for each button separately.

Finesse Gadget - Post Call Survey Gadget
Cisco Finesse Post Call Survey Gadget has been designed to cover the gap in UCCX system Post Call Survey functionality. By default, UCCX gives the ability to auto send the calls to Post Call Survey script by adding the ECC variable to call context. If the call is initiated from Finesse workstation (outbound call) the feature is not available. To work around it, agents need to be instructed to initiate this transfer manually. The gadget covers this gap and performs the transfer in automated way.

Finesse Gadget - Cisco Phone Control Gadget
Cisco Phone Control Gadget has been created to control Agent’s phone directly from Cisco Finesse UI. It optimizes agents’ work because they don’t have to click on Cisco IP phone manually anymore. Administrator can configure numerous different actions and assign them to buttons visible on top of the Cisco Finesse UI. List of all supported actions depends on the phone model.

Finesse Gadget - Highlight Call Bar Gadget
Cisco Highlight Call Bar Gadget has been created to simplify the Agent’s work indicating the type of call that the agent will need to handle. The “Make a Call” bar changes its color based on the conditions defined in the configuration file. Administrators can configure numerous different conditions to trigger the highlight action to distinguish different call types. The triggers analyze the call type’s, skill groups and value of the call variables (basic and ECC).

Customer Gadget has been designed to help agents in their work and present Customer Data stored in database on Cisco Finesse UI. The gadget uses UCCX as a middleware to pull data from database using HTTP Trigger functionality. This means that there is no need to deploy 3rd party middleware that would connect to database. The data passed by HTTP is enclosed in JSON envelope that can be easily parsed and injected to the UI.
